Peter confines his business consulting to helping organisations who want to build meaningful partners with their community or charity groups to navigate their way towards ensuring there is a positive return to them and those involved.  Peter walks within the business and not for profit world and this gives him insights into both, listening to what both want and enabling relationships that deliver value to both.  He is clear that when the relationship is lop sided as to who derives benefit, the relationship inevitably fails to reach its full potential and can become unsustainable. 

He spends time unpacking the steps that lead to these meaningful relationships ensuring the interests of the partners are clearly defined, measurements are put in place and importantly the program is sustainable once his engagement is complete.
